RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of our Director of Marketing include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and develop an internal marketing team, creating successful initiatives and measuring ROI on all campaigns
  • Build strategic partnerships with the executive leadership team
  • Ownership of the full customer website experience from first interactions to product check out
  • Master company product lines to effectively market and promote them
  • Create and managed all departmental budgets
  • Develop, enhance, and perfect internal and external marketing materials, increasing and enhancing brand reputation and recognition among customers
  • Own the development of key marketing initiatives, including lead generation, video content, and social media to increase brand awareness and visibility
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to significantly increase online sales conversions through strategic B2C marketing efforts
  • Develop and expand wholesale brands
  • Grow the Weatherables Professional Program (Contractor / Installer partnerships) to break into new markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with external marketing firms to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies


This is a full-time, in-person position based in Groveport, OH. 


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including direct to consumer eCommerce website / 3rd party marketplace product sales and brand management
  • 5+ years of proven team leadership and growth experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing department budgets
  • Experience managing external partners/vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with executive leadership

Preferred:

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Professional videography experience
  • Website development experience, including SEO and digital advertising
  • Social media management experience across multiple channels, focusing on sales conversions
  • Experience in eCommerce within the building industry (e.g., Home Depot, Amazon, eBay, Lowes)
  • 4-year Marketing degree

Desired:

  • Experience in the fencing and railing industry
  • Copywriting experience

Salary: $110k - $125k
