RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our VP of Asset Management & Acquisition Assimilation include, but are not limited to:

Management

• Reports to owner while maintaining appropriate communication and updates with leadership staff
• Oversees Real Estate Multifamily Portfolio
• Achieving portfolio metrics and performance
• Implements and optimizes all real estate management and acquisitions

Accountability

• Multifamily financial reporting, including G & A expenses
• Lead and collaborate with M&A team for comparison studies for potential acquisitions
• Responsible for government relationships and compliance at county and city level
• Owns employee reviews and metrics, ensuring organizational alignment
• Stays updated on all relevant organizational information, projects, and escalations

** This is hybrid role with monthly travel to multifamily locations **

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 7 - 10 years' proven, successful experience managing 2000-3000 multifamily units
• Experience leading teams of 50-100+ employees
• 5+ years' experience in Yardi, considered expert level
• Proven success with organizational financial reporting
• Excellent skills in Microsoft suite
• A passion for continuous, lifelong personal growth and learning
• Experience having successfully taken multiple properties through financing or re-financing process

Preferred

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years’ experience working with EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

Desired

• MBA
• Mergers and Acquisition experience

Salary Range: $150k - $175k + future bonus opportunities
