RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to…
- Improve and streamline processes, procedures, and SOPs; ensure they are up-to-date, implemented, and enforced.
- Drive improved operational efficiency and clear, accurate data reporting.
- Own the EOS process: prepare for and run L10 meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual planning sessions.
- Ensure operational excellence by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
- Increase accountability across all teams (virtual, onsite, and global).
- Own and maintain the Accountability Chart, ensuring Right People, Right Seats.
- Improve and enforce KPIs and scorecards for all departments.
- Oversee team performance and hold leaders accountable for achieving goals.
- Drive revenue growth and improve profitability; target 40% profit margins and $5M gross revenue.
- Own P&L management, ensuring adherence across all departments and micro P&Ls.
- Oversee financial metrics, including budget adherence and company trackers.
- Improve marketing efforts and lead generation; oversee the marketing dashboard.
- Enhance sales efforts to drive performance and client acquisition.
- Focus on client experience and retention to regain and sustain relationships.
- Improve client interactions and ensure exceptional client retention through targeted strategies.
- Oversee and streamline client experience processes for consistency and excellence.
This is an onsite, in-person role based in Creve Coeur, MO
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years of Director-level or higher operations experience
- 3+ years of P&L management experience ($10M–$12M) with demonstrated scalability
- 3+ years of cross-functional team management experience
- Proven leadership in team growth or creation
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, CRM tools, and Zoom
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a COO
- Experience working with global teams
- Proven experience scaling teams beyond 20 employees
- Wealth management industry experience
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
Desired:
- Experience as an EOS Integrator
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience
- Experience in family-owned businesses
- Background in entrepreneurial-owned organizations

SALARY: $125K - $150K
