We’re looking for a Head of Operations / Integrator who:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Drive scalable growth by aligning operations with strategic goals and managing the P&L
  • Lead franchise operations to achieve 100% franchisee retention and ensure smooth launches
  • Prioritize initiatives to prevent delays and maintain momentum during rapid growth
  • Build and maintain brand leadership in the nightlife vending industry
  • Ensure alignment across departments for seamless execution

Operational Excellence

  • Learn the operations and how we do things before identifying and driving improvements
  • Document and streamline processes into standardized SOPs
  • Implement automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Address operational challenges in inventory, logistics, and vendor management
  • Use data to improve decision-making and identify growth opportunities

Team and Culture

  • Recruit and onboard team members to support rapid scaling
  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable while building trust and delivering results
  • Train the team to fully utilize systems like CRMs and inventory tracking tools
  • Build a high-performance culture driven by clear priorities and collaboration


*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, TX*


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above, leading cross-functional teams and driving organization-wide impact
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-growing environments, with success in expanding service offerings, managing year-over-year growth, or similar outcomes
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Involvement in business development, whether directly or cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, make decisions, and drive business improvements

Preferred

  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory optimization
  • EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and/or Integrator experience
  • Background in working with brands and understanding market nuances
  • Experience in startups or innovative environments
  • Industry experience in hospitality, nightlife, bars, vending machines, or a related field
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance cross-functional workflows and scale operations

Salary: $120k - $140k plus performance-based bonus
