RESPONSIBILITIES

As our General Manager, you’ll be involved in all areas of the business—leading a small team, managing finances smartly, and driving growth opportunities across departments:

Business Management

  • Lead and develop the team, including hiring, training, and holding staff accountable
  • Own P&L, budgeting, and financial decisions to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure initiatives align with our niche and drive growth
  • Focus on cash flow management and cost control to ensure financial stability
  • Implement the EOS business framework for efficient business operations
  • Promote and uphold company values across the organization

Process Improvement

  • Drive cross-functional process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and implement practical improvements in automation and processes where it makes sense
  • Document and regularly update systems and procedures to maintain operational consistency

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Oversee daily operations, managing interruptions like facility issues and customer escalations
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards are maintained
  • Empower the team to address day-to-day issues independently while maintaining oversight


*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Colorado Springs, CO*


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing a business, retail store, or business unit with responsibility for operations, finance, and team leadership
  • P&L management and budgeting experience
  • Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and/or process improvements to enhance business performance or customer experience
  • Strong proficiency with software, including Excel, and ability to quickly adapt to new platforms

Preferred

  • Marketing experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ employees
  • Production experience
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business framework
  • Experience as a Second-in-Command / Integrator
  • Experience implementing software or technology solutions

Desired

  • Has led or owned a small business

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus potential
