RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bring the Vision to Life: Break down the big-picture goals and make them happen, turning strategic ideas into clear objectives that keep everyone on track and aligned
- Operational Scale & Efficiency: Own all things operational; refine processes, streamline efficiency, and set us up with scalable systems to grow sustainably—even as a remote and international team
- Build and Grow the Team: Lead hiring efforts to ensure we’re bringing on top talent, and provide training that keeps our team, whether remote or in-person, engaged and supported
- Customer and Partner Communication: Internal AND external relationship building through engagement, empathy, and timely communication transparency. Enhance our relationships through every interaction and by ensuring we proactively meet needs
- Drive Accountability: Set performance standards, establish benchmarks, and foster a results-driven culture where everyone takes ownership
- Oversee Financial Health: Manage our budget to keep operations cost-effective and margins high while keeping a close eye on key financial metrics
- Lead Projects and Processes: Take charge of big initiatives, like the Successio Academy, and lead continuous improvements that make us more effective and aligned with our goals
- Empower the Remote Team: Create the structures, channels, and systems that unite our remote team, keeping everyone connected and in the loop no matter where they are
**This is a full-time role-based Dubai, UAE with hybrid and relocation potential. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Project management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a small to medium-sized business
- Strong understanding of scaling for profitability and efficiency
- Extensive cross-departmental communication skills
- Proven ability to identify problems early and develop actionable solutions
Preferred
- Experience with EOS
- Experience working with Visionaries in small business settings
- International business acumen
