RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Director of Operations include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Visionary in business planning and strategic growth, create actionable plan
  • Lead economic analyses aligned with business strategy and long-term strategic plan
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks for opening new locations
  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
  • Champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), leverage tools and ensure buy-in at every level in the organization
  • Integrate functions across marketing, operations, and facilities to enhance communication and efficiency at all locations, remove all obstacles
  • Disseminate critical information and ensure process adoption of all process, and uphold consistency and culinary standards
  • Implement and manage comprehensive training programs for all team members
  • Ensure Right People, Right Seat (RPRS) philosophy, oversee team member recruitment and empower managers in hiring decisions
  • Develop labor models for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
  • Own P&L responsibilities, drive financial performance, and conduct cost analyses to achieve maximum ROI
  • Data-based analysis and reporting
  • Implement appropriate technologies/tools to optimize operations
  • Innovate food/beverage menus while maintaining culinary standards, market alignment, and upholding the organizational DNA
  • Negotiate with vendors and cultivate strategic partnerships to optimize supply chain and operational efficiency
  • Optimize pricing strategies and product production to balance quality and cost
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction to maximize overall average guest experience ratings

** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dallas, TX. **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant group
  • Strategic direct involvement in opening new restaurant locations
  • Coaching/training experience
  • Microsoft Excel expert (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, formulas, etc.)
  • Degree in business, hospitality management, relevant degree or relevant experience
  • Passion for craft beer, spirits, and/or wine

Preferred

  • EOS experience
  • Experience in local/family-owned restaurant group
  • Restaurant construction experience
  • Experience creating and implementing training programs
  • Established network with others in the restaurant industry

Desired

  • Experience in the pizza industry

Salary: $115,000 to $140,000 plus performance-based incentives
