RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Director of Operations include, but are not limited to:

Leadership, Management, Accountability

• Business operations and systems management
• Owns all dashboard and reporting platforms along with data analysis for decision making purposes
• Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of systems and reporting
• Metric and KPI creation used for analysis and business decisions
• Owns the L10 meeting and all information
• Managing departments, including communication and relationships
• Creates capacity for the Leadership Team to focus on their full-time roles
• Owns the operational framework of the organization
• Owns the creation and maintenance of documented processes, holding departments accountable and ensuring they are followed by all
• Removes obstacles - Identifies the issues, creates the strategy, and executes that strategy

*This is a fully remote position working out of the U.S.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3-5 years of experience in leadership and managing operational teams
• 4-year degree
• Marketing agency or Professional Services experience

Preferred

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience
• MBA
• Displayed desire for continued growth
• Understanding of operational finance and accounting, including budget creation
• EOS experience
• Marketing experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in an established small to medium sized business

Desired

• PMP Certification

Salary: $115k - $130k + bonus
