RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage accounts payable.
  • Create comprehensive financial statements.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide appropriate analysis, including managerial accounting reports and P&L by various SKUs, and geographies.
  • Oversee month-end financial factoring and commission reports.
  • Handle procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
  • Build out the finance department and implement IT solutions and other processes to enable scalability.
  • Manage our third-party logistics (3PL) providers related to the receipt and shipment of medical equipment inventory.
  • Oversee all HR responsibilities, including managing our PEO relationship.
  • Manage credentialing, licensing, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Collaborate with all departments to improve processes and drive innovation.
  • Oversee compliance
  • Manage our third-party IT vendors and take an active role in ongoing IT projects

** This is a remote role with quarterly travel required **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5+ years in a Vice President or higher finance role
  • 3+ years of P&L management experience with at least $25M in revenue
  • 3+ years of cross-functional team management, overseeing at least 5 direct reports
  • Accounting experience with a focus on financial analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence

Preferred:

  • Experience as a CFO
  • CPA certification
  • Background in healthcare
  • HR experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence
  • Global team management expertise
  • Vendor management and procurement experience
  • Familiarity with 3PL and inventory management

Desired:

  • Experience with Brightree for billing and inventory management (home medical equipment, HME), including API and Qlik integration
  • Healthcare billing experience
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
  • Remote work experience
  • Financial factoring or claims purchasing experience

SALARY: $175K - $225K + bonus
