In this role, you’ll be able to make an immediate impact - people, process, scheduling, and day-to-day operations - while building a stronger foundation for the team. RESPONSIBILITIES
As our General Manager, you’ll be involved in all areas of the business—leading a small team, managing finances smartly, and driving growth opportunities across departments:
Business Management
- Lead and support a small team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and accountability
- Monitor budgeting and financial performance, working with the owner to ensure smart spending and steady cash flow
- Collaborate with marketing to support growth efforts and align messaging with business priorities
- Help implement the EOS business framework to bring structure and focus to operations
- Promote and uphold company values across the organization
- Champion the culture as the company grows
Process Improvement
- Evaluate current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Document and maintain updated SOPs to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency across the team
- Support automation and system upgrades that improve day-to-day execution
Day-to-Day Operations
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations—ensuring smooth handoffs, clear communication, and reliable execution
- Handle interruptions and issues as they arise—facility needs, customer concerns, or team support
- Create stability in the day-to-day so the owner can step back and focus on long-term growth
*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Colorado Springs, CO*
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years of Director or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of cross-functional leadership meeting and exceeding company milestones
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience, ideally with exposure to P&L decision-making
- Strong track record of leading, managing, and holding people accountable to expectations
Preferred
- Marketing or production experience
- Familiarity with EOS or similar business framework
- Has worked with or stepped into a COO, Integrator, or Second-in-Command role
- Has led implementation of systems, tools, or process improvements that supported team growth or strategic execution

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus potential
