DIRECTOR OF SALES

THE PERSON

Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives on driving revenue through high-performing teams? Do you have a passion for building strategic relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and turning connections into long-term partnerships—and now love coaching others to do the same? Are you a confident, metrics-driven professional with a competitive edge, a bias for action, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment? If you have a proven track record of scaling business development, managing robust pipelines, and guiding salespeople through successful closing strategies, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Director of Sales is:

  • A Connector: You build authentic relationships and foster trust with ease. High-level networking comes naturally to you, and you thrive on bringing the right people together to create lasting value.
  • A Seasoned Hunter: You've consistently driven new business and now love empowering your team to do the same. You coach salespeople to be proactive, close with confidence, and challenge the status quo.
  • A Sales Champion: You bring a winning mindset and inspire it in others. You thrive on healthy competition, keep the team focused on results, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
  • An Opportunity Seeker: You have a sharp eye for untapped potential. You anticipate trends, recognize growth opportunities, and take decisive action to move the business forward.
  • A Creative Strategist: You think beyond the obvious. You solve problems with innovative approaches, helping your team overcome obstacles and seize unexpected opportunities.

Our ideal Director of Sales is a results-driven leader with a passion for building, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams. They will take full ownership of the sales strategy, refine systems and processes, and lead the execution needed to meet—and exceed—revenue goals. With a keen eye for market trends and the agility to adapt quickly, they will help Kayo stay ahead of the curve and outpace the competition. This is a role for someone who leads with purpose, drives measurable impact, and knows how to unlock the next level of growth. If you’re ready to take charge and accelerate momentum, Kayo is ready to talk.
