CHIEF OF STAFF

THE PERSON

Are you a proactive operator with a strong curiosity for new ideas? Do you work seamlessly with forward-thinking leaders, acting autonomously and speaking the same language? Are you passionate about partnering with visionaries worldwide to solve some of the greatest challenges of our time – from climate change to economic development to social justice issues?  If your adept communication and operational skills can strengthen any foundation, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Chief of Staff is:

  • A Passionate Problem-Solver. Motivated by large and unfamiliar challenges, you confidently tackle any problem with a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’, ‘no task is too small’ attitude. You love using your critical thinking skills and developing creative solutions to make the impossible possible!
  • A Prioritizer. With strategic problem-solving skills and sharp intelligence, you excel at identifying critical goals and guiding team focus. You thrive on developing comprehensive plans to address challenges and executing them to successful completion with persistence.
  • Process-Oriented, Yet Adaptable. You naturally seek to create structured processes, emphasizing their importance and ensuring accountability. You understand business growth and the necessity of change, adapting to evolving needs while upholding established procedures. Your focus on execution drives tangible results.
  • A Self-Starter. You take initiative, inspiring others to pursue their own objectives. You consistently deliver top-tier work, take ownership of processes and procedures, and accept accountability when necessary. Your willingness to dive in and support the team instills confidence and momentum.
  • Emotionally Intelligent. With exceptional social and interpersonal skills, you approach interactions with respect and thoughtfulness. Open to feedback and adept at learning from mistakes, you collaborate effectively within teams. You navigate assertiveness without aggression, seamlessly integrating into a supportive yet driven team environment focused on achieving strategic milestones.
  • Impact Minded.  You understand and appreciate how a socially oriented enterprise operates, and its unique role within the broader impact economy.  You feel a sense of purpose in your work, and how a higher social calling can drive business success.

Our ideal Chief of Staff embodies hard work and dependability, leading by example. You approach challenges with humility, influencing others through collaboration rather than authority. Your commitment to implementing processes and executing strategies that propel teams and organizations to new heights defines your professional ethos, with a strong emphasis on making a positive social impact.
