The job responsibilities of our Director of E-Commerce Business Operations include, but not limited to:

Leadership, Management, Accountability

  • Partner with the President (Visionary) on short and long-term planning
  • Ensure internal departments are rowing together in the same direction
  • Execute Brand Arkitekt’s V/TO
  • Achieve or exceed portfolio P&L goals - understand the financial aspects of the organization
  • Own the execution of all brand V/TO’s
  • New Portfolio Acquisition Integrator - effectively implement “The Brand Arkitekt Way” process in new & existing portfolio brands
  • Operate within EOS
  • Increase the speed of the organization through operations - scale and improve our systems and processes
  • Own the scorecard and leverage it to proactively identify issues
  • Nurture internal relationships

*This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Loveland, OH location. It is expected that this role will report in-person to the Cincinnati, OH location within two years.



  • Minimum of 3 years Marketplace or DTC e-commerce sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years business operations experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of consistent employment at their current position
  • Tech Savvy (experience using Asana, Google Suite, or similar)


  • Consistent career progression
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous business ownership
  • Experience holding complete responsibility for a company’s P&L statement


  • StoryBrand Certified Guide
  • EOS experience and knowledge

Salary: $79k - $115k + bonus potential
