RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of this Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

Leadership

  • Clearly communicates company goals and values to the sales team
  • Grows, develops, trains and encourages the sales team
  • Responsible for internal and customer conflict resolution

Management

  • Ownership of sales goals and results
  • Responsible for sales process
  • Improves production
  • Actively seeks out opportunities for process improvements
  • Responsible for retail aesthetic/cleanliness/displays
  • Contributes to new business development

Accountable

  • Owns the customer experience from start of sale and beyond
  • Holds the sales team accountable for the sales process
  • Responsible for sales performance/goals
  • Oversees sales team’s customer follow-up and individual team follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3-5 years of sales team leadership experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Small business experience
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience 

Preferred

  • 5+ years of sales team leadership experience
  • Retail management experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • B2C experience
  • Multi-location sales experience
  • Strong collaboration ability and cross-functionality
  • Networking experience (ability to build a book of business) 

Desired

  • Appliance industry experience
  • EOS experience

*This is a full time in-person position operating out of the Avon, OH location and will require some local travel.

Salary: $75k - $85k base + annual bonus
