RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of our COO/Integrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Own all aspects of day-to-day operations of Coastline Equity and subsidiary businesses, ensuring alignment with core values and strategic goals
  • Enhance client communication strategies, service offerings, and implement client feedback mechanisms
  • Drive significant improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing productivity disruptions while identifying roadblocks and implementing actionable plans for resolution
  • Own and manage the P&L statement, understanding its implications across departments, subsidiary businesses and maintaining consistent profitability by identifying cost-reduction opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and exploring new revenue streams
  • Serve as a strategic intermediary between the CEO/Visionary and leadership team, effectively leading and managing senior leadership
  • Establish clear performance metrics and accountability structures to promote transparency in performance evaluations while mentoring and developing internal talent to ensure the “Right Person, Right Seat” across all departments
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning, maintaining confidentiality in all communications
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies in property management, monitoring legal matters to ensure compliance and anticipating potential issues


**This role involves regional travel within Southern California, with regular weekly visits to multiple locations as part of this full-time, in-person role. **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of experience running a business or business unit of $5M+ revenue
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams of 30+ employees
  • Has worked with a leadership team or board of directors
  • P&L ownership experience
  • Tech Savvy, including experience with Microsoft Suite

Preferred

  • Property management leadership experience
  • Experience with oversight of a marketing department
  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience
  • California Real Estate license
  • Experience with at least 1,000 units

Desired

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
  • Experience with government contracts

Salary: $150,000 to $160,000 plus profit sharing bonuses
