RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Streamline, develop, and simplify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and procedures to create a cohesive organizational blueprint.
  • Own the accountability chart, ensuring it is fine-tuned, structured, and franchise-minded; oversee hiring processes.
  • Build out the Minneapolis-St. Paul location, including new hires and training curriculum development.
  • Quickly learn the business through fieldwork and hands-on involvement.
  • Identify and implement new revenue streams.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current clientele, build new client relationships, and address any existing issues with sour relationships.
  • Establish and maintain regular client reviews (monthly, quarterly) to determine the most effective communication strategies.
  • Provide complete oversight of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
  • Create and build a team of A players.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) and invoicing processes (QuickBooks).
  • Oversee vendor relationships and management.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on client retention
  • Implement quarterly and annual goal setting, developing a robust process around this initiative.


This is an in-person, on site position based in Golden Valley, Minnesota


QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of operations experience at the Director level or above
  • 3+ years of P&L management experience with budgets of $5M or more
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience
  • 3+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in administrative reporting tools such as Excel and Word
  • Process development and streamlining experience

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience as a VP of Operations or higher
  • B2B customer service experience
  • B2B service industry experience, specifically within the building services sector
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Small business experience
  • Demonstrated success in scaling P&L from $10M to $20M
  • Multi-location scalability experience
  • Completion of a 4-year degree

SALARY: $125K - $150K

BENEFITS: Health, Vision, and Dental (eligible 30 days after date of hire), 2 weeks of accrued PTO, paid holidays.
