RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership, Management, and Accountability
  • Facilitate weekly Leadership Team meeting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Accountability for achieving 1, 3, and 10-year goals according to the organizational vision
  • Provide organizational clarity and communication
  • Spearhead Leadership, Management and Accountability for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
  • Attend department-level meetings as needed
  • Bridge gaps, remove obstacles/barriers and own the processes of the organization
  • Manage vendor relations Provide assistance with client escalations, project work, and sales as needed

Organizational

  • Spearhead special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with the Visionary / Owner
  • Provide organizational clarity and communication
  • Own and execute the Business plan
  • Runs the day-to-day operations

**This is a full-time, in-office role in Wharton, NJ** 


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years of Operations experience
  • 3 + years of Operations Management experience
  • Financial Acumen
  • Successful track record in Operations growth 
  • Project Management Experience

Preferred

  • Small business experience 
  • Blue collar background-Lumber, Construction, (trades background), Home Improvement, HVAC, Roofing, Windows, Siding
  • 3+ years of management level experience (Ex. General Manager, Director)
  • B2C Client Facing experience
  • Marketing and Sales experience
  • Finance experience

Desired

  • Experience working for a company operating on EOS®
  • Vendor Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Trade Certification


Salary: $75k base with bonuses
