RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability
- Facilitate weekly Leadership Team meeting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Accountability for achieving 1, 3, and 10-year goals according to the organizational vision
- Provide organizational clarity and communication
- Spearhead Leadership, Management and Accountability for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Attend department-level meetings as needed
- Bridge gaps, remove obstacles/barriers and own the processes of the organization
- Manage vendor relations Provide assistance with client escalations, project work, and sales as needed
Organizational
- Spearhead special projects as needed
- Collaborate with the Visionary / Owner
- Provide organizational clarity and communication
- Own and execute the Business plan
- Runs the day-to-day operations
**This is a full-time, in-office role in Wharton, NJ**
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years of Operations experience
- 3 + years of Operations Management experience
- Financial Acumen
- Successful track record in Operations growth
- Project Management Experience
Preferred
- Small business experience
- Blue collar background-Lumber, Construction, (trades background), Home Improvement, HVAC, Roofing, Windows, Siding
- 3+ years of management level experience (Ex. General Manager, Director)
- B2C Client Facing experience
- Marketing and Sales experience
- Finance experience
Desired
- Experience working for a company operating on EOS®
- Vendor Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Trade Certification
Salary: $75k base with bonuses
