The job responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable four Project Managers, two superintendents and ten foremen 
  • Use technical and project management expertise to mentor, coach, and train Project Managers in a proactive way while keeping company culture in mind
  • Establish and improve processes, procedures, and systems in order to create consistency and continuity within the department
  • Conduct risk management:anticipate and mitigate crisis by creating opportunity
  • Direct financial analysis, perform job costing, and budgeting for department
  • Serve as labor strategist: conduct manpower analysis / allocation of field labor
  • Teach and mentor Project Managers in project management best practices, electrical/technical aspects, and understanding city codes and permit processes 
  • Negotiate with clients and visit job sites in support of Project Managers
  • Conduct project reviews and create timely, accurate reports for leadership team
  • Lead department meetings and conduct individual performance reviews
  • Identify and understand the unique skill sets of Project Managers in order to provide appropriate opportunities for professional and personal development 
  • Follow, implement, and utilize the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) structure and guidelines



  • 5 years Management experience
  • 2 years Construction Project Management experience
  • Job costing experience 
  • Estimating software experience
  • Microsoft Office experience


  • 10 years Management experience
  • 5 years Construction Project Management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Field Management/Scheduling experience
  • Electrical field experience in commercial construction
  • ERP experience 
  • Experience reviewing specifications
  • Experience in manpower allocation/labor scheduling 
  • Comprehensive blueprint reading experience
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management or Electrical Project Management
  • Customer service experience


  • Experience working for a small business
  • Certifications (OSHA 30, Fire Alarm license)
  • NEC and NFPA knowledge
  • Experience using ComputerEase & Accubid

Salary: $90K- $110K
