Chief Marketing Officer [HT-988937]
ALLURE MEDICAL
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
THE PERSON
Are you a proven executive marketing leader who has built and scaled brands in complex, consumer-facing businesses? Do you thrive in environments where strategy, data, and creativity must work together to drive measurable growth? Have you successfully led enterprise-level marketing efforts across multiple markets, service lines, or locations? If you are a strategic, data-driven marketing leader who has scaled brands and revenue before, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Chief Marketing Officer is:
- Strategic and Vision-Driven: You think beyond short-term campaigns and daily tactics. You bring a clear point of view on brand, growth, and market positioning. Consistently connecting long-term vision to practical, executable strategy.
- Data-Led and Financially Disciplined: You make decisions grounded in metrics, performance, and return on investment. You’re comfortable owning Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, and budget accountability by using data to create clarity, not complexity.
- Curious and Multi-Dimensional: You’re genuinely interested in learning Allure Medical’s diverse service lines and patient journeys. You shift between markets, regions, and offerings without losing strategic focus. You are not a “one-track thinker” and thrive in complex environments.
- Confident, Humble, and People-Centered: You lead with presence and emotional intelligence by building trust quickly, communicating clearly, and developing high-performing teams. You bring confidence without ego and accountability without intimidation.
- Resilient and Ownership-Oriented: You’re self-driven and dependable in fast-moving, growth environments. You are willing to challenge the status quo and make hard decisions when needed; along with taking full ownership of outcomes and follows through.
Our ideal Chief Marketing Officer is a forward-thinking, composed leader who brings strategic focus and imagination to everything you touch. You see opportunities where others see complexity and have the adaptability to evolve strategy as markets, service lines, and patient needs change. You blend creative thinking with disciplined execution, building a brand that is both inspiring and scalable. In this role, you shape the future of Allure Medical by creating clarity, driving sustainable growth, and establishing a powerful, recognizable presence across every market we serve.
