General Manager / Integrator (COO-level) [HT-965546]
FENCING SPECIALISTS
GENERAL MANAGER / INTEGRATOR (COO-LEVEL)
Are you a builder? A charismatic, team-oriented, analytical leader with a heart for people - from the yard to the networking event? Do you see the value in every person and know how to create buy-in without the politics? Can you bring maturity, presence, and polish to the table, while helping a visionary leader’s big heart and big vision become reality? If this sounds like you, we want to talk!
Traits that matter here:
- Positive: thick-skinned, steady under stress, able to keep people moving forward even when change is hard
- Grounded: Emotionally intelligent, doesn’t take things personally, leads with facts and fairness even when others resist
- Professional maturity: carries confidence and presence, challenges with tact, earns trust by showing up consistently and following through
- People champion: sees the worth in every employee, reinforces mutual respect, embodies the culture of “first-class” in every interaction
- Analytical: curious and fact-driven, digs for root causes, builds solutions that last
- Gets it: understands what it takes to lead in a growing small business — hands-on, all-hands-on-deck, finding ways to bring wins across the team while keeping culture strong
At Fencing Specialists, you’re doing more than keeping the trains running. You have the opportunity to stand beside a visionary owner who has poured everything into her people and her company - and to carry that torch forward.
