The underlying root cause of most disease and Illness Is Improper nutrition and Youtopia is now scaling a solution that provides optimal nutrition on an Individual basis. With food as medicine we can save the lives of over 4,000 people per day, In the USA alone, that have fallen victim to poor nutrition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our COO include:

Leadership, Management, Accountability

• Works side by side with the CEO to execute the vision of Youtopia
  • Own and collaborates on the operation plan
  • Secure resources to assist in bringing the vision to reality
  • Owns the development, implementation, and execution of operational plans
• Owns the core customer focus with emphasis on creating exceptional customer service
• Adapts and flexes to meet operational deadlines and goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders/partners
• Be the point person for Youtopia in operational matters
• Creates and owns operational profitability within the organization
• Owns overall logistic planning (creates and operates, with extensive efforts in both areas)
• Make it real-you find the best resource to get things done, even If It Is not your level of expertise.  You get It done!

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 15 years of management experience with demonstrated experience leading leaders (Directors and above)
• 5 years’ experience at a senior leadership level in a small to medium-sized company
• Extensive experience in scaling quickly
• Engineering degree
• Experience with B2B2C platforms
• Experience with Innovation and Operational Excellence.

Preferred

• Food/Hospitality knowledge
• Sales engineer experience
• Software and technology experience
• Robotics & hardware (AI) experience
• Logistics/Supply Chain experience
• Experience in the nutrition or medical fields
• Insurance background/experience

Desired

• General manufacturing experience

**This Is an In-person position, based In Denver, Colorado. **

Salary: $175k-$225k
