RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of our Water/Wastewater Estimator include, but are not limited to:

  • Comprehend and interpret bid documents
  • Conduct site visits to water/wastewater facilities to assess potential bids
  • Proactively follow up on bids and successfully secure business
  • Craft a comprehensive estimate from start to finish
  • Provide estimations based on gathered information
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of project value and accurate pricing
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of coating performance
  • Assist clients in comprehending the presented job/project specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Resolve diverse field-related challenges
  • Efficiently assign and delegate responsibilities as necessary
  • Place a high value on safety for both oneself and the team

** This is an in-person position in Fords, NJ. Relocation assistance is available. **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years of estimating experience in the water/wastewater industry
  • Experience problem-solving field issues

Preferred

  • 5+ years of field experience
  • Experience working with and using high performance coatings
  • Estimating software experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience managing teams of 3+ people

Desired

  • Engineering degree
  • Sales experience
  • Provides a book of business

Salary: $125,000 to $175,000 plus performance-based incentives
