The job responsibilities of our Construction Executive / Orchestrator include, but are not limited to:


  • Process creation and implementation
  • Lead weekly L10 meetings and weekly 1:1 meetings with each Leadership Team member
  • Problem-solve with the Leadership Team and resolve issues effectively
  • Communicates and cascades all key company messages, ensuring understanding by all
  • P&L responsibility and revenue growth


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, working directly with and managing the Leadership Team
  • Provide support and guidance to the leaders who manage our office and field staff
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Hiring and onboarding
  • Operations collaboration & improvement
  • HR – the “people” component
  • Ensures adherence to all health and safety standards


  • Conduct annual employee reviews
  • Review core processes and procedures in all departments, holding team members accountable to them
  • Creates clear expectations and holds the leadership team accountable to agreed-upon commitments
  • Ensures Houck quality standards are being maintained on all jobs sites

This is a full time, in-office position in West Los Angeles, California.



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple company departments
  • Displayed experience contributing to company growth and increasing revenue
  • Experience in the high-end services industry
  • Displayed job stability
  • Experience with HR related responsibilities


  • Small business experience
  • GM / COO or similar experience
  • Experience expanding into various markets
  • Construction industry experience, including construction process and management software


  • Acquisition experience
  • Management Certification

Salary: $130k - $150k + performance bonus

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage with $500 monthly company contribution, 401(k) employee participation plan, and 12 days of paid time off annually including sick, vacation, and personal days
