Our Director of Operations/Integrator is not overly focused on recognition or the need to be right. They must be willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. We are looking to hire someone who is familiar with the aerial photography and mapping industry and can be the liaison between the Visionary and the rest of the company.


The position of Director of Operations/Integrator requires you to handle adversity and deal with difficult people. The job responsibilities of our Director of Operations/Integrator include:


  • Administrative functions for contracts and aircraft insurance
  • Coordinates production
    • Sales intake, scheduling, coordination with acquisition and production
    • Production staff reports problems to this role
  • Responsible for escalations across all departments, particularly production
  • Quality control: production
  • Oversees project management, program management, and operations with hands-on responsibilities as needed
  • Oversees all departments
  • Enforces company policy
  • Enforces core values
  • Owns implementation of EOS
  • Leads L10 and owns follow-through of IDS (identify, discuss, solve)
  • Ensures team has the equipment/tools needed to do the job
  • Day-to-day operations and core services (maintenance shop)
    • Vendor management and quality control of plane maintenance and purchase approvals of our partner COAR Services.


  • Oversees two-way communication to supervisors & direct reports
  • Holds owner accountable, keeps owner up to date
  • Follows-up with Senior Management / Leadership team regularly
  • Provide deadlines
  • Organize/lead production meetings


  • Owns budgeting, P&L, and cash flow improvement
  • Sign contracts, purchase orders
  • Up to date on all fees: software, planes, etc.
  • Oversees accounts receivable and payables + invoicing
    • Owns twice monthly payroll hour approval and funds availability
    • Signature authority and ownership of authorizing expenditures from all bank accounts (Midwest + COAR Services)

This is a full time, on-site, in-person position based in Galloway/Columbus, OH



  • 2-3 years COO experience
  • 5-7 years operations leadership experience
  • 5-7 years business development experience
  • Familiar with the aerial photography Industry and/or processing of digital data
  • Project management experience


  • BA in Business
  • Marketing experience and/or education
  • QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
    • QuickBooks financial, QuickBooks Time, Invoicing
  • PMP


  • Military background
  • MBA

Our goal is to acquire aerial imaging, LiDAR Data, and precise positioning data reliably and safely over target areas during the collection window specified. Salary: $110K
