RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities and duties for this Client Services Coordinator position include, but are not limited to, the following items:

  • Field incoming calls
  • Support our Client Services team with project assistance, such as applicant data entry, vetting resumes, and creating templates and project setup tasks
  • Office administrative tasks, such as front desk duty, greeting visitors, office supplies ordering, sorting mail, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong writing and computer skills
  • Familiar with basic software/web-based applications Microsoft, and Google business solutions

Preferred

  • Creative writing and/or business writing experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with Professional Service Organizations
  • Business to Business experience
  • Proficient data entry
  • 2-year degree

Desired

  • Experience working for an entrepreneurial business
  • Familiar with basic software/web-based applications such as Birdview (project management), CRMs
  • Experience with Pinnacle, EOS or other business operating systems

Salary: $18 - $22 / hr + opportunity for bonuses (up to 10% of base salary)
