Our ideal COO / Integrator is:

  • A servant leader. With a servant's heart and a giving spirit, you play the role of counselor, therapist, and teacher. You are interested in learning the intricacies of your people and are motivated by opportunities to serve others.
  • Relationship-oriented. You are a shepherd for your team. You follow through and hold others accountable with the ability to tactfully navigate tough situations with grace and empathy. You are attentive and sensitive to the needs of others and enjoy working alongside a team. You are an active listener who truly hears what others have to say. You love people, care about connection, and have a giver’s heart.
  • A lifelong learner. You are eager, hungry, and always looking for ways to improve. You invest in being the best version of yourself and have a learner’s spirit. You seek out new opportunities for continuing education and soak up information like a sponge.
  • Hard-working. Work does not tire you out – it revitalizes you. With fingers in the dirt, your favorite words are "done" and "what's next?". You are a loop-closer with boundless drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and are always steering your team toward the next goal.
  • Professional. You present yourself well, take pride in your work and your appearance, and embody a culture of faith, giving, and dedication. You understand that you are an extension of our image, so you put your best foot forward in any environment.

We are seeking a sensitive, spirited, and faith-filled leader who can see around corners, anticipate needs and be real and transparent about situations. Their approach is to learn and assess first, and then bring strong, innovative ideas to the table. Our ideal COO / Integrator has an authentic, concise communication style, high emotional intelligence, and understands the spirit of living is in the giving.
