Chief Operating Officer / Integrator [HT-999605]
BONNELL INDUSTRIES
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / INTEGRATOR
Are you the kind of leader who brings clarity when things start pulling in ten different directions? Do you know how to steady a room, ask thoughtful questions, and simplify what feels complex so people can move forward with confidence? Can you gather input, weigh the facts, and then set a clear direction without ego, drama, or endless debate? Do you naturally balance when to slow a conversation down and when to push execution forward? If you are a calm, decisive leader who builds alignment, protects focus, and turns growth into structured progress, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Integrator:
- Brings Clarity to the Vision: You naturally zoom out before you zoom in. When priorities compete or conversations drift, you bring them back to what truly matters and put a clear path in place. You think in terms of sequencing, ownership, and follow-through so progress doesn’t stall or restart. People leave your meetings with direction and confidence.
- Data-Driven and Practical: You think in systems, not quick fixes. Real numbers matter to you because they create focus and accountability. You build simple scoreboards and repeatable processes that allow the business to grow without constant firefighting. When something is off, you diagnose it, adjust it, and move forward.
- Steady and Decisive: Pressure doesn’t rattle you. You take the time to understand the full picture, gather input, and make decisions that hold up over time. You’re comfortable making the call, and because you’ve done the homework, people trust the direction.
- Builds Trust Across the Company: You enjoy being present — on the floor, in the offices, and in the conversations that shape the business. You remove obstacles, give clear feedback, and help people perform at a higher level. Teams feel seen, supported, and aligned under your leadership.
- Focused on Sustainable Growth: You see the opportunity in a company that is growing fast. Strong operations, clear priorities, and disciplined execution are how you unlock the next level. You’re energized by building something that lasts — not just managing what’s in front of you today.
Our ideal Integrator is ready to step into a company with strong demand, real opportunity, and a team ready for focus and direction. You’ll help sharpen what’s already working, build the structure that lets it scale, and create clarity that lasts beyond any one person. This role is about turning growth into disciplined execution and aligning the organization around what matters most. If you’re energized by building something durable with people who want to win, you’ll find a meaningful challenge here!
