The CMSO will help unify marketing and sales under one clear vision, ensuring growth is intentional, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Drive EOS® rhythms including L10s, 1:1s, Lead, Manage, hold all Accountable, and Rock setting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across Sales, Business Development, Client Service, and Marketing.
- Build strong alignment between sales and marketing to operate as one cohesive revenue engine.
- Challenge the status quo and continuously improve strategies, processes, and performance.
Marketing
- Own overall marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and content strategies across digital and live channels.
- Optimize lead acquisition through tech-forward strategies.
- Manage advertising mediums, budgets, and performance, including ad spend allocation and ROI analysis.
- Oversee content creation, messaging, and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Plan and manage the marketing event calendar, including online and in-person events.
- Coordinate with Operations on live events to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Sales
- Build, develop, and retain a strong sales team.
- Own the full lead-to-revenue pipeline across the organization.
- Oversee lead distribution and routing systems (e.g., ChiliPiper) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive lead conversion strategies that translate demand generation into revenue.
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion metrics across sales and business development teams.
- Ensure sales processes, expectations, and execution are consistent and scalable.
Technology / Vendor Management
- Own CRM strategy and data integrity within HubSpot, including reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Oversee sales and marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Zocks, RightCapital, Wealth.com, EstateGuru, BloomGrowth).
- Ensure system cleanliness, adoption, renewals, and vendor relationships are actively managed.
- Analyze data across platforms to inform decision-making, forecasting, and performance improvements.
- Manage external marketing vendors and ensure alignment with internal calendars and objectives.
** This is a full-time, in-person position based in St. Louis, Missouri. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ years of executive-level leadership with experience of managing managers
- 5+ years of marketing-forward experience including digital marketing, content creation, and ad buying
- 3+ years managing budgets and forecasts of $3M+
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue with strong Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) performance (target benchmark: 3:1)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Preferred
- Experience working within a regulated marketing environment
- Market expansion experience
- Wealth management or financial services industry experience
- SMB experience within a high-growth environment
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or Marketing
- EOS® savvy
- AI-enabled marketing experience (e.g., Gemini or similar tools)

SALARY: $180k - $230k base with 30% bonus potential
