RESPONSIBIILITIES

Leadership

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving alignment between vision and execution.
  • Facilitate L10s and Quarterly meetings, set company Rocks, and build scorecards to track progress.
  • Lead integration efforts for new acquisitions, focusing on team building, role clarity, and system evaluation.
  • Guide sales and marketing growth discussions to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Champion and enhance company culture, ensuring team members feel valued, connected, and inspired.

Management

  • Lead, manage, and hold teams accountable while supporting their projects and professional growth.
  • Oversee the accountability chart, employee evaluations, and hiring processes, ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
  • Execute, grow, and implement training plans that drive team development and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth.

Accountability

  • Manage the company’s P&L with a focus on financial health, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Implement the company’s vision while ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Create, refine, and enforce organizational processes and procedures that drive efficiency and measurable results.

** This is a full-time, onsite, in-person role based in Plainwell, MI **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience (VP of Operations or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams of 10+ direct reports
  • Strong financial acumen with proven P&L responsibility for budgets of $30M+
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving company growth
  • Extensive background in business planning, forecasting, and strategic execution

Preferred

  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to property management or related fields
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
  • Hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including integration
  • Background in sales and marketing strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute long-term company strategies

SALARY: $135K - $175K plus up to 15% company performance-based bonus
