RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide consistent, collaborative communication with the Visionary to align strategy and execution.
  • Own the accountability chart, ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
  • Lead, manage, and hold teams accountable (LMA) while fostering team building and mentorship.
  • Overcommunicate the company’s core values, core focus, vision, and strategy throughout the organization to ensure organizational clarity.
  • Maintain employee retention through a positive and growth-oriented workplace.
  • Maintain a cohesive leadership team and company, supporting personal and professional growth.
  • Remove barriers and obstacles that hinder team success and business efficiency.

Strategic & Business Growth

  • Fully implement EOS, ensuring alignment across all business functions.
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase revenue by 20%.
  • Discover new business development opportunities and client expansion strategies.
  • Encourage and enforce a strong focus on customer retention and acquisition.
  • Improve marketing and brand recognition to enhance the company’s presence in the industry.
  • Prepare the company for scalability and future opportunities through proactive operational planning.

Operational Excellence

  • Create, streamline, and document processes and procedures for efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Manage P&L, working closely with Finance to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee the integration of new customer bases and align onboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth integration of all three business units (stains/reagents, lateral flow, ELISA kits) into a unified company.
  • Establish and oversee strong KPI creation and tracking, ensuring performance metrics drive success.
  • Navigate and execute strategies around workforce and product development based on leadership team input.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Learn and navigate regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly those under FDA regulations.
  • Ensure operational decisions and processes align with industry standards and compliance expectations.

This is an onsite, in-person position based in Logan Township, NJ


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational and/or divisional leadership
  • Strong P&L management experience
  • At least 3 years of cross-functional team management and collaboration
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional workforce experience
  • Experience working with ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in the technical field (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Mathematics, or Physics) or equivalent technical business experience within a science-based industry

Preferred:

  • Experience operating within an EOS environment
  • Strong P&L management experience at a $50M+ revenue scale
  • Background in science-based manufacturing
  • Industry experience in diagnostics, medical lab sciences, or pathology
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Experience in small, family-owned, and entrepreneurial companies

Desired:

  • Previous experience serving as an EOS Integrator
  • 5+ years of strong P&L management experience at a $50M+ revenue scale

SALARY: $175K - $225K plus discretionary bonus up to 25%
