RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager are to include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate communication between medical providers and NMW Law Firm
- Respond promptly to inquiries from doctors
- Compile and maintain case updates and client relationship notes
- Ensure timely case updates to clients
- Maintain an updated database of medical provider information
- Update ZeeMaps with medical provider details
- Keep personal notes on providers and their preferences
- Assist with case sign-ups and assign cases to managers/attorneys
- Travel locally to provide medical providers with promotional materials
- Coordinate schedules and meetings with medical providers
- Organize detailed notes and necessary travel for business meetings with providers
- Arrange travel accommodations for clients visiting Houston
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other technologies
** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Houston, TX, featuring a three-month training program to master case management from start to finish. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of client or customer-facing experience in a professional services environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales and/or account management
- Experience working in a law firm
- Desired
- Experience in a personal injury law firm
