RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and track all project documents, including submittals, BOM details, shop drawings, and contracts.
• Submit and manage RFIs to resolve project questions efficiently.
• Ensure timely coordination and communication regarding submittals and document-related issues.
• Understand project requirements by thoroughly reading plans and specifications.
• Process contracts, change orders, and purchase orders accurately.
• Estimate and manage change orders to maintain project alignment.
• Order materials and ensure on-time delivery according to project schedules.
• Send regular status updates, including reports on due dates, submittals, and RFIs.

This is an in person, on-site position based in Doylestown, PA. Local travel required – up to 2-hour drive time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Education or hands-on experience in construction and/or engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and deliver results.

Preferred

• Experience with AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Drafting).
• Familiarity with ProCore.
• Background in estimating.
• Scheduling expertise with P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Degree in engineering or construction management.

Desired

• 5+ years’ experience of project engineering.
• Knowledge or experience in water-wastewater, nuclear, or refinery projects.

SALARY: $70K - $95K
