RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all cross-functional teams work cohesively, moving in the same direction.
- Foster unity by driving accountability and aligning teams with the company’s vision.
- Lead strategy conversations with the Visionary to scale with headcount and revenue.
- Document and improve SOPs, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement training plans for new hires.
- Create and maintain a structured environment across the organization.
- Increase visibility of KPIs, ensure team success, and hold everyone accountable.
- Lead L10 meetings and conduct 1:1s with department heads.
- Own and bring structure to the Accountability Chart.
- Assist with P&L management and strategic growth.
- Help in hiring, firing, and employee development.
- Ensure the business achieves sustained profitability and growth.
- Provide clear top-down communication throughout the organization.
- Remove obstacles for departments and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage CRM system (Job Nimbus) for organizational efficiency.
This is an onsite, in-person role based out of Waterford, MI
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience as VP or higher in Operations
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of P&L management experience ($15M-$20M), with proven scalability
- CRM experience
PREFERRED:
- Finance background or experience
- HR experience with team growth and leadership
- Industry experience in a service-based or home services organization
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Experience using Job Nimbus or HubSpot CRM
DESIRED:
- Commitment to self-development and growth
- Previous experience as an EOS Integrator

SALARY: 175k - 200k
