RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of our Director of Operations include, but are not limited to:
Team Management and Development
- Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins with employees to foster engagement and support.
- Oversee hiring, recruiting, and termination processes for effective team management.
- Manage training resources, including the oversight of Trainual for onboarding.
- Maintain awareness of employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Client Relations and Communication
- Serve as a liaison between management and client-facing employees to ensure clear communication.
- Address client escalations and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients for ongoing engagement.
- Improve communication strategies with clients to enhance service delivery.
Operational Efficiency and Compliance
- Evaluate workflows, processes and software tools to identify and implement efficiencies, completing standard operating procedures.
- Manage cash flow and establish processes for accurate financial tracking.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
- Streamline inventory management to optimize operations and reduce waste.
- Ad hoc project management.
Industry Partnerships and Organizational Development
- Foster relationships with industry professionals to enhance company networking.
- Shadow front desk and provider teams to ensure operational consistency.
- Contribute to the establishment of an organizational chart as the company grows.
** This is a full-time, in-person position based in the King of Prussia, PA area. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Proven experience managing a team of 15+ employees
- At least 2 years in a senior management role, with 5+ years of overall management experience
- Experience in day-to-day operations, particularly in B2C and brick-and-mortar settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with technology and AI tools
Preferred
- 5 or more years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry
- Background in beauty, aesthetics, or luxury service sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Desired
- Healthcare or professional certifications relevant to the role
- HR certification to support team management and development

Salary: $130k - $140k + bonus opportunity
