RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns bookkeeping activities, including reconciliations, book closings (monthly, quarterly, and yearly), accounts receivable/accounts payable, and invoice management
  • Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
  • Owns and manages payroll
  • Owns administrative duties, such as monitoring and managing company subscriptions and system licenses
  • Owns and oversees office operations, including facility and contractor management, coordinating and communicating IT’s monthly onsite visits, and representing the company to onsite guests
  • Works directly with and supports the COO/Integrator
  • Organizes team and company events, including company lunches.
  • Provides support on projects as needed, including roles in research and development and other administrative tasks
  • Handles Human Resources activities, such as managing employee records, occasionally negotiating benefits, maintaining the employee handbook, and processing onboarding paperwork
  • Skillfully addresses minor employee issues by identifying the proper channels and action steps, directing them to appropriate management


*This is a full-time, in-person position operating out of East Troy, WI. *


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3-5 years bookkeeping and financial management experience
  • 3+ years in Administrative Assistant or similar role, with demonstrated administrative experience in environments of 10+ employees
  • Strong Microsoft 365 Suite and computer skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Associate degree or certification in bookkeeping
  • Small business experience
  • Experience with Business Central system

Desired

  • Experience with EOS or a similar business operating system
  • Interest in homeopathic remedies

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + bonus potential
