RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimation

  • Effectively comprehend and interpret bid documents
  • Conduct site visits to water/wastewater facilities to assess potential bids
  • Proactively follow up on bids and successfully secure business
  • Craft a comprehensive estimate from start to finish
  • Provide estimations based on gathered information
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of project value and accurate pricing
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of coating performance

Client Service Relations

  • Assist clients in comprehending the presented job/project specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by cultivating enduring relationships with clients through a transparent and relational communication approach
  • Effectively resolve diverse field-related challenges

Management

  • Efficiently assign and delegate responsibilities as necessary
  • Place a high value on safety for both oneself and the team


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ estimating experience in the water/wastewater industry
  • Experience problem-solving field issues

Preferred

  • Experience managing teams of 3+ people
  • Minimum of 5 years’ field experience
  • Experience working with and using high performance coatings
  • Familiar with estimating software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired

  • Engineering degree
  • Sales experience
  • Provides a book of business

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 plus performance-based incentives
