SUPERIOR PRODUCTION
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Are you the kind of operations leader who can walk into a complex manufacturing environment, quickly understand what matters, and help people see what comes next? Do you bring the judgment to know what should be preserved, the confidence to challenge what needs to change, and the energy to bring people with you? Can you pair a proven operating playbook with curiosity, strong business instincts, and respect for the people who know the work best? If you are ready to modernize a proud, long-standing business and help build its next chapter, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Vice President of Operations is:
- A trusted people leader. Approachable, grounded, and confident, you earn credibility with experienced people and create the kind of environment where expectations are clear, ownership is real, and leaders can grow.
- Decisive and steady. You are comfortable making tough calls, addressing issues directly, and keeping the business moving without creating unnecessary noise or drama.
- Curious and business-minded. You want to understand how the operation works, what the numbers are telling you, and where the biggest opportunities are. You ask good questions, connect the dots, and know when to dig deeper.
- Driven to improve. Good enough does not stay good enough forever. You naturally look for ways to strengthen systems, processes, equipment, and performance while respecting what has made the business successful.
- A transformational leader. You know meaningful change happens through people. You can set a clear direction, build confidence around that direction, and lead a team through the hard work of becoming better than it was before.
