Vice President [HT-1061092]
FABRITEK AND WINCHESTER TOOL
VICE PRESIDENT
THE PERSON
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who can see the big picture while staying close enough to the operation to understand what is really happening? Can you bring two distinct teams together, create clear expectations, and explain the why behind change? Do you have the financial and operational judgment to distinguish profitable work from work that creates unnecessary risk, delay, or waste? If you are a disciplined, resilient leader who follows through and inspires others to raise the standard, we want to talk to you!
Our ideal Vice President is:
- A Unifying Leader: You build trust across functions, facilities, and generations, uniting employees around shared goals, standards, and priorities by removing the “us versus them” mindset.
- A Disciplined Operator: You establish practical processes, use data to guide decisions, and turn commitments into results without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- A Financially Astute Decision Maker: You understand how operational decisions affect margin and cash flow and know when to pursue, challenge, or decline an opportunity.
- A Respectful Accountability Builder: You are approachable and empathetic while addressing missed expectations, coaching performance, and holding yourself and others accountable.
- A Clear and Responsive Communicator: You listen carefully, communicate effectively across all levels, and explain decisions so employees can support and execute change.
- A Hands-on Change Leader: You work through resistance, welcome constructive feedback, and translate ideas into practical improvements.
- A Customer and Quality Focused Leader: You protect customer trust through reliable delivery, accurate documentation, sound judgment, and uncompromising quality.
Our ideal Vice President is an inspiring and hands-on leader who is excited to unite people, strengthen operations, and guide Fabritek into its next stage. You bring clarity, consistency, and accountability across the organization while empowering employees and developing a strong leadership team. Your ability to improve planning, profitability, and performance will help Fabritek scale without losing the craftsmanship, relationships, and family-oriented culture that make the company special. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by building a stronger, more unified organization positioned for long-term success.
