CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / INTEGRATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

ElevateRT is a young business experiencing unprecedented growth. As we continue expanding across the country, we are building toward becoming the premier respiratory therapy partner for skilled nursing facilities nationwide.

• Build a strong Visionary / Integrator partnership that turns company direction into clear priorities, decisions, and results
• Own the business plan and P&L, keeping growth, profitability, capacity, and investment decisions connected
• Lead the executive team with clear expectations, strong accountability, and the right people in the right seats
• Build the organizational systems, structures, and leadership capacity needed to drive and sustain aggressive multi-state growth
• Simplify how work gets done, removing unnecessary steps and strengthening the processes that matter most
• Strengthen coordination across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Sales, and Technology so decisions and handoffs happen cleanly
• Improve the consistency of facility onboarding, staffing, training, optimization, and client support as ElevateRT enters new markets
• Protect client relationships, clinical quality, and service standards as the company grows
• Develop strong leaders who own their lanes, make good decisions, and raise the level of the people around them
• Protect ElevateRT’s culture of excellence, empathy, accountability, and empowerment as the team expands
• Use EOS to keep priorities clear, commitments visible, and the leadership team focused on the right issues
• Take ownership of major company-wide priorities that do not sit cleanly within one function and drive them through to completion

** This is a full-time, remote role with monthly travel and occasional additional travel based on business needs.**

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3–5+ years directly leading a fast-growing company, division, or similar operating entity
• P&L ownership, including responsibility for profitability and using financial data to guide business decisions
• Experience helping scale a business from approximately $20M to $50M+ in revenue, including building the people, processes, systems, and structure needed to support that growth
• Experience leading through multiple layers of management in a 100+ employee organization

Preferred

• Experience in a service-based business where people and service delivery are central to the customer experience
• Experience leading multi-location operations across multiple teams, markets, or locations
• Experience leading expansion across multiple states, markets, or regions
• Experience in a regulated environment, including compliance, reimbursement, accreditation, or similar requirements
• Healthcare leadership experience, especially in ancillary or service-based healthcare

Desired

• MBA, healthcare-related advanced degree, or similar advanced business training
• Experience with EOS® or a similar operating system

Salary: $240,000 - 260,000 + performance-based bonus
