LIFE WELL LIVED FINANCIAL GROUP™

COO / INTEGRATOR

Are you a leader who loves helping growing businesses become bigger, stronger, and better? Can you bring clarity and accountability when growth is moving faster than the people and systems around it? When things get messy, are you energized by simplifying, making decisions, staying a step ahead, and helping people rise to what the business needs next? Can you roll up your sleeves when needed without losing sight of the bigger picture or what is coming next? If you are excited by the chance to help a close-knit team capitalize on a rare growth opportunity in its industry, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Integrator:

  • Is decisive and action-oriented, with the confidence to make decisions, get people unstuck, and keep things moving
  • Thinks ahead, does the homework, and knows when the business needs more effort, a smarter approach, or a faster decision
  • Believes in people and knows how to challenge, develop, and refocus them so they can grow with what the business needs next
  • Is entrepreneurial at heart and gets energized by building, improving, and figuring things out as the business grows
  • Naturally brings clarity and is comfortable challenging the Visionary and the team while staying kind, thoughtful, and easy to trust

Our ideal Integrator brings the confidence, judgment, and drive to help Life Well Lived Financial Group™ grow without slowing it down. You will help the team get stronger, the business get simpler, and the company stay ready for what comes next.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will help Life Well Lived Financial Group™ turn an extraordinary growth opportunity into a scalable, high-performing business as the firm rapidly adds advisors, acquires books of business, and expands its team:

  • Partner closely with the Visionary to turn long-term vision into clear priorities, decisions, and execution
  • Lead the company’s EOS operating rhythm and create consistent ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Surface and solve issues early, moving them from discussion to clear ownership and resolution
  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop the leadership team so leaders can grow with the business, own their lanes, and work effectively across functions
  • Build the structure, systems, talent, and specialist support needed to scale without overbuilding or relying on any one person
  • Anticipate hiring, capacity, and infrastructure needs ahead of growth
  • Strengthen and simplify core processes so they are repeatable, Followed By All, and support clear handoffs across the business
  • Own financial visibility and use P&L, profitability, revenue drivers, and business data to guide decisions
  • Establish meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and reporting so leaders can manage performance and see problems sooner
  • Lead the integration of new advisors, acquired practices, and major growth initiatives, stepping into the work when needed while building leaders and systems that can carry it forward
  • Ensure growth and operating decisions align with FINRA, broker-dealer, affiliation, and other regulatory requirements
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, continuous improvement, and thoughtful execution while protecting Life Well Lived’s values
