As the operational counterpart to the firm’s Visionary, you will strengthen our culture, develop our people, refine our processes, and create the alignment needed to achieve ambitious long-term goals while upholding the culture that defines us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Collaborate with the firm’s Visionary to execute the company’s long-term vision and maintain organizational alignment.
- Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable while fostering transparency, collaboration, and ownership.
- Reinforce the company’s Core Values and people-first culture while helping both evolve alongside the organization’s growth.
- Coach and develop leaders to maximize performance and prepare the organization for future growth.
- Build trusted relationships across the organization while communicating priorities with clarity and consistency.
Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence
- Serve as the operational counterpart to the Visionary, removing day-to-day operational responsibilities so they can focus on strategic growth.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business functions and interdependencies while identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Implement scalable process improvements that strengthen execution, operational discipline, and organizational stability.
- Improve delegation, accountability, and decision-making so work is owned at the appropriate level.
Financial Stewardship & Organizational Performance
- Improve profitability by increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening operational performance.
- Increase accountability and transparency around budgeting, forecasting, and spending.
- Develop KPIs and scorecards that measure organizational health and support informed decisions.
- Provide operational insights that support long-term financial success.
Growth Strategy & Business Development
- Strategically collaborate with the Visionary and Partners to execute the firm’s long-term growth strategy, including its goal of reaching $2 billion in Assets Under Management.
- Build scalable operational infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
- Lead the operational integration of acquired firms and books of business.
- Identify opportunities that strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and support future growth.
Industry Knowledge & Organizational Effectiveness
- Develop and apply a thorough understanding of the employee benefits marketplace to support operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Promote transparency and consistency around compensation analysis, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to strengthen the firm’s long-term competitiveness.
** This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must reside within a 35-mile radius of headquarters. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 7+ years of progressive strategic operations leadership experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Full P&L ownership for an organization generating at least $10M in annual revenue.
- Professional services or similar relationship-driven industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree completion.
Preferred
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized entrepreneurial organization.
- Experience working within an EOS® organization.
- Experience within the wealth management industry.
- Familiarity with corporate benefits and compensation analysis.
Desired
- Previous experience serving as the EOS® Integrator.
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience.

SALARY: $180K–$200K base salary, 15 - 20% bonus potential based on individual and company performance.
