DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / INTEGRATOR

THE PERSON

Are you an executive leader who thrives on building organizations, leading through growth, and turning bold vision into measurable results? Do you naturally take ownership of challenges, create clarity from complexity, and drive initiatives from concept to completion? Are you energized by building the people, systems, and accountability needed to help a business reach its next level? If you are a growth minded operator who thinks like an owner and loves building something meaningful, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Director of Operations / Integrator is:

  • An Ownership Mindset - You think and lead like the business is your own. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities. When challenges arise, you solve them instead of waiting for someone else to step in.
  • A Growth-Oriented Strategist - You see beyond today's operations and are constantly thinking about what's next. You identify opportunities to scale, improve profitability, and position the organization for sustainable growth. You know how to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
  • An Organized Builder - You bring order to complexity and enjoy creating systems that scale. You are both highly organized and action oriented. Messy situations do not overwhelm you. They motivate you.
  • A Calm and Confident Leader - You remain steady in high-pressure situations and help others do the same. You lead with emotional intelligence and understand how to navigate different personalities. You can be firm, direct, and empathetic all at once.
  • A People-First Operator - You value relationships and prioritize people over ego or short-term wins. You build trust through honesty, consistency, and integrity. You motivate others and create a culture where accountability and support go hand in hand.

Our ideal Director of Operations / Integrator is more than an operational leader. They are the driving force behind transforming vision into execution and helping Midwest Disc Clinic reach its next stage of growth.
