RHODEN ROOFING

INTEGRATOR / COO

THE PERSON

Are you a humble leader who puts the success of the team above personal recognition? Do you possess world-class communication skills and the ability to clearly align, inspire, and challenge others at every level of an organization? Are you someone who naturally holds people accountable while maintaining trust, respect, and strong relationships? Do you bring a steady presence, set clear expectations, and consistently follow through to drive results? If you are a grounded, high-accountability leader who communicates at an elite level and leads with humility, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Integrator / COO is:

  • Humble & Team-First: Leads from the front but never above the team. Willing to roll up their sleeves when needed and earn respect through action, not title. Takes responsibility, gives credit, and builds a culture where people show up for each other.
  • A Straightforward, High-Impact Communicator: Communicates clearly, directly, and without fluff. Sets expectations, says what needs to be said, and keeps everyone aligned on what matters most. Can have tough conversations without creating tension or confusion.
  • An Accountability Enforcer: Holds the line on standards and expectations. Does not let issues sit or performance slide. Creates a culture where commitments are met, people own their roles, and results are non-negotiable.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Brings a steady hand when things get busy, messy, or off track. Does not get rattled by growth, change, or challenges in the field or office. Helps the team stay focused and move forward with confidence.
  • A Builder of Teams & Operations: Knows how to build structure without slowing things down. Develops leaders, strengthens processes, and keeps the business moving forward. Understands how to scale a trades business while keeping quality, people, and performance aligned.

As our ideal Integrator / COO, you are a highly emotionally intelligent leader who knows how to read the room, navigate complexity, and bring out the best in others. You strike the right balance of confidence without ego, approachability without losing authority, and able to push when needed without creating friction. You are equally comfortable in a room with executives, managers, or field teams, adapting your style to connect and lead effectively. In this role, you strive in the face paced, high growth environment where priorities can shift quickly. You shape the future of Rhoden Roofing by bringing alignment, strengthening leadership, and ensuring the business can scale with discipline to complexity, clarity, and consistency while maintaining execution.
