Our ideal General Manager / Integrator is the operational backbone of Bellwether Homes, responsible for turning vision into execution and ensuring the business runs smoothly and profitably. This leader will drive accountability across the organization, strengthen systems and processes, and help scale the company without losing its culture or edge. They will partner closely with ownership to build a high-performing, growth-focused business that delivers both results and long-term impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable to performance, priorities, and results.
  • Drive EOS® execution, including L10 meetings, Rocks, and company-wide accountability.
  • Champion company culture, core values, and performance expectations across the organization.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right seats through effective accountability chart management.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to strengthen internal growth and capability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR.
  • Manage vendor relationships including contracts, pricing negotiations, and supplier performance.
  • Oversee marketing efforts including lead generation, growth initiatives, and content strategy.
  • Lead HR functions including hiring, compensation structures, performance management, and policy development.
  • Manage A/P, A/R, collections, and overall operational workflows.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce processes, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  • Own P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Hold teams accountable to KPIs, timelines, and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and execution.
  • Address customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolution.


** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Denver, Colorado. **


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years of professional leadership experience leading leaders with direct reports.
  • 5+ years of experience in adjacent industries (construction, trades, home services).
  • 5+ years of P&L ownership in the $25M range.
  • Experience managing budgets of $8M+.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams i.e. Sales, Finance, HR, Ops, and Mktg.
  • Proven ability to create and streamline processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree completion.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the home renovation industry.
  • Experience with P&L ownership in the $30M+ range.
  • Experience expanding and managing multi-location businesses.
  • Graduate-level degree completion.

Desired

  • EOS® experience.
  • MBA completion.

SALARY: $200k - $225k base, company performance-based (overall annual profit) bonus of net profit, tiered structure.
