KIRK & COMPANY JEWELERS

COO / INTEGRATOR

THE PERSON

Do you find purpose in helping a strong business grow the right way? Are you wired to bring structure, ownership, and momentum as complexity increases? Can you stand beside a visionary founder and turn big ideas into practical, executable plans, while protecting a deeply relational culture? If you are a steady operator who scales with intention and integrity, we want to talk to you.

Our ideal COO / Integrator is:

  • Structured. You bring clarity as the business grows. You analyze systems at a high level, quickly see gaps or bottlenecks, and define ownership that creates consistency. For you, structure is not control. It is what allows people to perform at their best.
  • Solution-Oriented. You focus on progress. You get to the root of issues, propose practical paths forward, and ensure problems are resolved rather than revisited. When clarity is needed, you make the call and move the team forward.
  • Trustworthy. Transparency is natural for you. You communicate directly, follow through without being chased, and always operate with integrity. Your word carries weight because your actions consistently match it.
  • A Mentor-Leader. You develop people while raising standards. You believe growth is continuous and that improvement applies to you as much as it does to the team. You strengthen performance without ego or theatrics.
  • Forward-Thinking. You see beyond today’s tasks. You anticipate what the next stage of growth will require and translate long-term vision into practical execution. You are methodical, but you do not get stalled by small decisions that do not materially move the business forward.

Our ideal COO / Integrator is steady, emotionally mature, and deeply aware of culture. You understand that Kirk & Company Jewelers is a values-driven organization with a strong community reputation, built on integrity, service, and emotional stewardship. Protecting that trust while strengthening operational discipline is central to this role. Your leadership will shape how confidently the business grows and how clearly accountability takes root.
