RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to…
Production Planning and Management:
- Owns the capacity planning and projection for scaling production
- Oversight of day-to-day manufacturing operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and procedures
- Maximize opportunities for reducing cost per unit and identification of profit-building opportunities
- Ensure the right person is in the right seat and accountability across teams is maintained
Financial Management:
- Manage department budgets with a focus on cost reduction and improvement
- Understand the oversight of labor, materials, and other production costs
- Lead the strategy of goal management and KPI achievement to drive profitability
Supplier and Machinery Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for machine suppliers, both international and domestic
- Coordinate machinery intake and utilization to optimize production efficiency
- Full understanding of physical processes and procedures related to manufacturing
This is an onsite, in-person position based in Edmond, Oklahoma
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience of hands-on manufacturing operations
- 5+ years’ experience of team management and leadership
- Department budgeting experience
- Experience in creating, improving, and streamlining processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
- Previous title of Director or above in a manufacturing role
- Bachelor's degree in the STEM disciplines
- Experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S, Kaizen
- Experience in scaling manufacturing teams
Desired:
- Experience in cup printing and cup manufacturing
- Knowledge of food service packaging, extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery
- Understanding of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

SALARY: $140,000 - 150,000
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement 401K, Paid vacation and sick days, Annual bonuses based on job performance
