As our GM / Integrator, you will champion our culture, making decisions that blend wisdom and generosity. You understand that people are central to our success and are skilled in aligning team needs with strategic growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our GM / Integrator, your primary objectives are to execute the Visionary’s strategies, lead and develop our team, and scale the business to accommodate rapid growth.

Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Implement and maintain the Visionary’s vision across all departments
  • Oversee strategic alignment and operations in Finance, Project Management, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Service
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability for the organization’s success
  • Manage the Production department, ensuring effective staffing and leadership, either directly or through recruitment
  • Develop and streamline processes and procedures across the company
  • Work with the Finance department to conduct financial reviews focusing on P&L, cash flow, and budget compliance
  • Maintain workflow and oversee accountability chart
  • Solve operational problems and handle escalations to support the Visionary
  • Lead and facilitate strategic meetings including L10 meetings and bi-annual reviews
  • Organize and lead weekly production training sessions, providing ongoing support
  • Stay engaged in strategic planning and organizational development
  • Maintain responsiveness and provide timely approvals for critical decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, customers, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Integrate new ideas and practices from industry events and training into the company


*This is a full-time, in-person position operating out of Erie, PA. *


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years of operational leadership in a company with $10M+ in revenue (Director of Operations level or higher) 
  • Multi-departmental budgeting experience
  • Proven experience driving significant growth, such as 10x scaling, with measurable impacts like doubling team size, expanding operational capacity, or significantly growing the customer base

Preferred

  • COO experience
  • P&L management experience
  • Background in residential remodeling or related industry
  • Direct, hands-on experience in skilled trades
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

Desired

  • Experience or understanding of lean principles (e.g., 2 Second Lean)
  • Experience with the 'Working Genius' personality assessment
  • Coaching or sports leadership experience is a plus!
